PROMOTING YOUR PROPERTY
When we have determined the price of property, the Real Estate Agent will prepare a contract with the exclusive right to represent the owner and find the buyer. Your home will be recorded in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). This program is designed especially for Real Estate Agents.
AFTER FINDING A BUYER
The buyer will make an offer to purchase the property through a Real Estate Agent. This offer will be made in writing. If the offer is accepted between both parties of the negotiation, the buyer and seller will agree on a day to inspect the property, review conditions of the sale as well as improvements necessary in the house and a convenient closing date for both parties. All negotiations will be in writing to avoid misunderstandings.
