The Process

Buyers who are interested in purchasing a property typically make an offer through a Real Estate Agent. This offer will be in writing and if both parties agree, they will schedule a day to inspect the property. During the inspection, they will review any improvements needed in the house and discuss the conditions of the sale. Finally, they will agree on a convenient closing date for both parties. To avoid misunderstandings, all negotiations will be made in writing.
