Determining The Market Price

After determining the property's price, the Real Estate Agent will draft a contract that gives them the sole authority to represent the property owner and search for prospective buyers. The property will then be listed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), a platform exclusively available to Real Estate Agents.
